Cropped style may be petite friendly with or without heels. Straps go over the shoulders and through the racerback to tie off the perfect measurement. Elastic just around the back waist seam helps to get in and out once the shoulder straps are in the perfect spot. Elastic around the back is not very stretchy, so you may want to size up if you are fuller through the hip, butt, or thighs. Otherwise, this runs true to size and is not see-through.
